Every item is sourced from a verified origin or authorised distributor. We check import documentation and, where relevant, batch and expiry data before listing. If anything ever arrives that you doubt, we’ll refund it — no questions.
Delivery is a flat ৳ 70 to Dhaka & Chattogram (within 72 hours) or ৳ 130 to the rest of Bangladesh (4 working days) — the same charge whatever the order is worth. Express next-day within Dhaka is ৳ 150. Perishables ship cold-chain at no extra charge.
Dairy and other perishables are packed with temperature control and delivered on a dedicated cold-chain route to preserve freshness and safety.
